Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our return and exchange policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To return your product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Only products manufactured incorrectly or defectively by our company will be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your return will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially be processed.
Then contact your bank. The refund usually takes some time to appear in your account.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Shipping returns
To return your item, you must mail it to: “Kismet Street, Sisli, Istanbul – Turkey”
If you return your item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
